The Black Hats Collective enjoyed a night of Kwanzaa festivities in Ocala, FL, hosted by Te'Sha Jackson Consulting and The Sircle Inc. on Thursday. The event took place at the Mary Sue Rich Community Center where dozens of people gathered to celebrate the holiday. Adults and children partake in arts and crafts and danced with the help of the dancers from the Patricia Hilliard-Nunn Sankofa Legacy Dancers and Drummers. The event had guest speaker Dr. V. Issa White and a poetry performance. Ujima is the third #Kwanzaa principle, which means collective work and responsibility. Be prepared for Kwanzaa 2024 by placing your shirt order today!
